I contacted Brent months before we needed his services, not only did he remember me when I contacted him closer to time he worked me in no problem. He sent a appointment reminder the day before. He was early to the appointment and proceeded to explain to my wife and I everything he was going to do. Brent did an excellent job inspecting our new build. He was very thorough inspecting almost 200 items in the home, and provided a detailed breakdown of the results including pictures and descriptions. He even went above and beyond by going back to the house to double check a gas leak which he found but was not confirmed by the builders. All in all a great experience with Brent, and we will use him again for our 11 month inspection. I would recommend him to others that need a home inspection.

This was my first time to work with a home inspector, and the inspection and report were much more thorough than I’d expected. His report is easy to navigate and easy to read, and it includes numerous photos for reference. (My father, a former contractor, said this is the extensive report he’s ever seen.) Brent was respectful, polite, and clear in his explanations, and quick with responses and scheduling. I’d highly recommend him!
