Fletcher’s Home Inspections, LLC is a locally owned business based in Windsor, Colorado, proudly serving homebuyers, sellers, and real estate professionals across Northern Colorado.
Founded by Brent Fletcher, our mission is simple: to provide clear, detailed, and honest home inspections that empower our clients to make informed decisions during one of life’s biggest purchases.
Brent brings a wide-ranging background to the home inspection industry — and that’s exactly what makes him a better inspector. Before launching Fletcher’s, he spent several years in the restaurant world, rising to the role of General Manager where he sharpened his customer service, team leadership, building maintenance, and tech troubleshooting skills (yes, he was the unofficial “IT guy,” too).
Prior to that, he worked as a roofer, a professional mover, and even contributed to foundation work with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He’s seen homes from the inside out, top to bottom — and understands the emotional and financial significance they carry.
